Terms & conditionsMAXALIFE GLOBAL AFFILIATE AGREEMENT In this agreement 'You' means 'Affiliate', and 'Us', ‘Our’ and 'We' means: Maxalife – The Good Health and Longevity Company COMMISSION Commission rates: As an affiliate, you will get 23ommission for all sales at the product(s) retail price. Validity of Referred Visitors: You are entitled to commissions from ALL new customers that are referred to us by you. The sophisticated software we have uses regular cookies and flash cookies to track sales. Should at any time these two tracking methods fail, the software uses IP tracking to monitor and record referred sales. Commission for Sales NOT Visitors: Some traffic to websites, including ours, is made up of ‘bots’ or search engine ‘spiders’ and not actual human visitors Because of this, you will be paid commission only on converted sales from referred visitors, regardless on the amount of visitors – humans, bots or any other traffic. You Get Paid Commissions for Life: Provided that you comply with the terms and conditions in this agreement and remain an active valid affiliate of Maxalife, you will receive commissions from all customer purchases associated with your affiliate ID indefinitely. Affiliate Customers: If you are a Maxalife customer, you are welcome to become an affiliate of ours provided that you didn’t become a customer via another Maxalife affiliate’s site or link. Commission Payments: Commission payments for earnings gained for the previous calendar month are mailed on the 25th of each month, or the next business day if the 25th falls on a weekend or local public holiday. Minimum Payment on commission over US$75. Customer refunds: If for any reason we have to give a refund to a customer, this will reflect in your online status report by way of a debit for that specific transaction. AFFILIATE MARKETING & CONTENT Links: As an affiliate of Maxalife, you are solely responsible for making sure you have correctly linked to our website. Email Promotions and Spam: You are free to promote Maxalife products in digital newsletters, database lists etc. However, unsolicited email campaigns are strictly prohibited. Customers should be aware that they have agreed to accept your emails via a ‘double opt-in’ system. Violation of this policy will result in your affiliate account being terminated and all outstanding commissions will not be paid. Social Media: You are free to use social media, or personal social networking websites/s to market Maxalife. However, should you choose to use these sites, you will be expected to follow the necessary etiquette and guidelines associated with social media marketing, such as gaining trust with your followers through genuine information and dialogue without spamming the sites with blatant sales copy and messages, etc. Failure to do so will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate agreement with us and all outstanding commissions will be not paid. Content: Your campaigns and website content must not promote hate speech, slander, racism, or unfair business practices including bringing Maxalife or any of our affiliates into disrepute through false claims, conflicting content or any other means. All affiliate content (website or marketing campaigns) must not contain copy referring to any claims of 'curing', 'treating', ‘healing’ or any content implying that any product of ours 'will...' do/perform/guarantee any health-related or physiological action or function. Clear medical disclaimers must be visible on all web pages. Violation of this policy will result in your affiliate account being terminated and all outstanding commissions will not be paid. Right to Reject Affiliate Application and Cancel Agreement: We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application and/or cancel any affiliate agreement at any time should such a violation of these condition be brought to our attention at any time in the future. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS As a Maxalife Affiliate you agree to the following: All affiliates must accept emails, notifications and communications from Maxalife - regardless of an affiliate’s spam-filters, Firewall etc. If an affiliate consistently fails to respond to communications sent via email from Maxalife and if no reliable email address is provided within 3-months from the affiliate’s most recent communication with us, this will result in the immediate termination of the affiliate agreement with us and all outstanding commissions will be not paid. All affiliates must ensure that they have and retain access to their website(s) should changes be required. All affiliate must not use framesets, iframes or any other URL masking techniques. Failure to do so will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate agreement with us and all outstanding commissions will be not paid. COPYRIGHT Apart from the various ads that affiliates have unrestricted use of whilst being active, valid members of this affiliate program, all other material on http://maxalife.com is subject to full copyright, and must not be copied or duplicated. PRIVACY POLICY We have a strict privacy policy for all visitors to http://maxalife.com and customers of Maxalife.
